Our oldest was invited to his first coed party this weekend (costume party). Man they grow up quickly.

finally figured out why I have been sick with respiratory infection for 3 weeks. It’s a side effect of the cholesterol drug my doc put me on.

Builder came back and accepted our original offer! Great news!

well offer is in, guess we will see what happens, we low balled them a bit, not too bad though. I fully expect an acceptance, may take rejecting a counter though.

Well the contract fell through so we are going over tonight to put an offer in, loan preapproved so hopefully its a go!
